Our agency champions healthcare access for people with disabilities. They have a right to have access to coverage and services that meet their unique needs, and all services should be readily available, affordable, accessible, and accountable.
If you need legal assistance because you believe your healthcare rights are being violated, please see our How to Apply for Services page.
Please note that we do not assist with Social Security applications or appeals for denial of SSI or other Social Security benefits. However, if you recently lost your Medicaid coverage because of a change in your Social Security benefits, we may be able to help you appeal the Medicaid termination or inform you of other ways to re-establish your Medicaid eligibility.
