Student Request to Interview Staff

Please complete and submit the following form if you are a high school or college student who would like to provide written interview questions for one of our staff members who will respond in writing.

Due to recent stay layoffs and increases in case loads, we can only provide written responses to your questions, and the number of questions you can ask is limited to 3 questions.

Also, you must provide at least 3 weeks notice for us to consider your request. We will do our best to help you but cannot guarantee our staff is able to respond. Thank you for your understanding.
